		<description>There are rug frames, but I&#039;ve never used one. I do know people who have and they like them.  I don&#039;t know of many shops who carry them, but here is one with one listed on their site, http://www.a-z-needlepoint.com.

Unless the piece is finished (so you can&#039;t get at the back, there is no need to use a u-shaped needle.

		<description>I am a huge needlepointer of ornaments and stockings.  Ijust purchased a needlepoint rug kit and don&#039;t know how to hold it and my stitches don&#039;t look very good.  Should I purchase a frame?  If so, the rug is 5&#039;X8&#039;, what do you recommend?  Regarding the stitches, should I use a U shaped needle and only work on one side?</description>
