Hands down - the Amanda Lawford. I'd love to see you blog stitch that one. It's got such interesting architectural features. The Charlie Harper is lovely, but not as interesting. The stocking looks like a six-month effort (for me). So Lawford is my choice.

Janet, I vote for the Amanda Lawford, London canvas. Love Big Ben and the sky and clouds, plus that bit of a double-decker bus is a great touch. I love the Charlie Harper canvas too, but I think the London canvas will be more fun to watch you blog stitch. I fear though, that you will 'enable' me to buy this canvas once I see what you do with it!

I vote for the Amanda Lawford canvas. I'd love to see how you handle the smaller areas as I always have problems with the small areas. It's a beautiful and fun canvas too.

I like the Amanda Lawford canvas. The small areas of stitching should work up fast and you can then be on to another canvas. If you decide on the Charley Harper canvas, you can do a light background stitch and put color lining behind it.

The weather in the S. F. Bay Area is wet and windy, but I do believe you get a north wind, especially in the afternoon, on Mare Island. At least you get more sunshine than I do.

Hi Janet--Of these three, the Amanda Lawford canvas is the one I would pick. I love its whimsical nature. I'm not sure I would have identified it as London, but once you mentioned that, it was clear that it is London. I also see lots more opportunities for fun, textural stitches in that canvas.
