I don’t think my expectations were too high. If a manufacturer loudly proclaims themselves to have “needlepoint you can stitch and finish yourself,” you as the purchaser have a reasonable expectation that you will be able to do that. But if you buy a kit from One Stop Needlepoint those expectations are far too high. […]
