Joyce --

I know what you mean, I've had the problem where the scale of the beads was just wrong. This happened most recently on some poinsettias where I wanted beads for the center.

That's why I love bead shops. They have so many more beads, bigger sizes and cooler stuff. There I found just what I needed. Although usually I end up going the stitching route because I'm too lazy to go shopping.

Keep Stitching,
Janet

After trying every bead in my stash on a recent project - bead to go in the center of flowers in border - I filled the centers with Rhodes stitches. It worked.
