This week we finish up with the last short border. Next week will be the final border in the sampler.
Today’s border is adapted from a jewelry chain and is stitched in metallic.
It’s quite simple with horizontal S-links separated by an open thread. Because it is only three threads high it can also be used easily as a dividing line between lines in a band sampler or other places where you need a dividing line.
The line begins three threads down from the lower Scotch Stitch border.
Stitch it following the chart below. This line is the same length as the previous short lines.
