I don’t have any patterns like this, but you might look for whole stitch counted cross stitch patterns and stitch them on plastic canvas.

I don’t know of any for needlepoint offhand but there might be some cross stitch or plastic canvas patterns out there. Did you try googling ‘dragon cross stitch free’ or ‘dragon needlepoint free’?
