Like Sue, I love Woven Stitch. And also like Sue I’ve noticed that this stitch can look drastically different depending on how you stitch it.
In fact I discovered this in the process of ruining a piece where it was the background.
I just noticed it and made sure I always make the stitch the same wau. Sue, however, went further, and figured out why.
